Hydraulic Drive Rodless Oil Production Outfit
I. System Main Parts
Hydraulic drive oil production outfit includes: Control cabinet, hydraulic control device, liquid transmission pipe, hydraulic drive propeller and piston pump.
1. Control cabinet
Main functions of the control cabinet is to provide drive power supply for hydraulic control device, operation parameters settings, operation status monitoring and instructing, operation process control and to provide safety protection for the system etc, while remote monitoring could also be realized.
2. Hydraulic control device
It provides high-voltage energy for the system, as well as movement of under-well device.
3. Hydraulic drive propeller
Hydraulic drive propeller is a power device which drives up and down reciprocating of piston pump.
Parameters: Medium temperature <120℃. Rated thrust 25000-35000N.
High-temperature propeller could be customized.
4. Piston pump
Fixed valve of this piston pump is placed upwards, while piston is connected to an independent propeller push rod, via reciprocating of the propeller, to realize oil pumping of piston pump.
II. Connection of Parts
Connection of all parts is as shown in the figure.
III. Basic Principle
The electric cabinet controls ground hydraulic control device, generates high voltage energy, and push the hydraulic drive propeller to reciprocate a linear movement using hydraulic oil as medium, so as to drive the piston pump to reciprocate, and to lift crude oil from the bottom of well to the ground.
IV. Movement Features and Reliability
1. The piston pump fixed valve is placed upwards, without any stroke loss; the pump punch is very small, which could reach millimeter scale, while there's no airlock, and pump efficiency could reach above 95%;
2. Drive energy uses liquid as medium to drive liquid-driven propeller via liquid transmission pipe A, and to propel reciprocating, meanwhile, to drive oil liquid in the propeller, which flows back to liquid control device via liquid transmission pipe B; the lower circulation is on the contrary. A closed circulation is formed; no leakage point of oil liquid, no loss of liquid, ultra-remote transmission. There’s no joint or leakage in the middle of the liquid transmission pipe.
3. During upper stroke, the fixed valve is opened, while oil liquid enters oil pipe via the fixed valve, passes by wellhead and enters ground pipeline; during lower stroke, the fixed valve is setting, and piston traveling valve is open, while oil liquid enters the pump cylinder via passing the traveling valve after being filtered. Closed pipeline, without leakage.
V. Adaptable Mediums
Adaptable to crude oil lifting in deep wells such as straight wells, inclined wells and horizontal wells etc.
